Hawaii[]
The title of the new short has been revealed here: http://pixarplanet.com/blog/new-toy-story-short-hawaii. Apparently it is going to be called Hawaii and feature Ken and Barbie trying to go on holiday. It's a pretty good source too, seeing as a Pixar animator confirmed this on his Twitter account.
