Oliver Sansweet makes a brief appearance in The Incredibles.

Oliver sues Mr. Incredible for saving someone who didn’t ask to be saved, not did they even want to be saved after he foils Oliver's attempted suicide, resulting in injuries on Oliver's part. The lawsuit -- and similar ones resulting from Mr. Incredible's heroics along with other lawsuits against other supers -- is what leads the government to ban superheroics, and force the supers into a relocation program.
