Petrol Pulaski[1] is a character in Cars.

""Petrol" Pulaski used to ride with the Eighth Street Carburetors until he was apprehended in a downtown street brawl by police vehicles. Placed in a rehab program that eventually led him to his first assignment trackside, Petrol has become a role model for ex-gang forklifts everywhere."[2]
In the film, "Petrol" Pulaski appears as part of the RPM pit crew in the Piston Cup race at the Motor Speedway of the South. During Winford Bradford Rutherford's first pit stop, Petrol gives him some fuel to drink.
