Terry Kargas is a character in Cars 3. He is a Piston Cup racer with the number 31, and is sponsored by TripleDent Gum. He is a racer from McQueen's generation, but retired mid-season following Jackson Storm's arrival in the racing world and was replaced by Cam Spinner.
