Stacy is a character in Cars.

"Stacy works for Leak Less Adult Drip Pans. She's a propane-powered forklift who lives in the city and listens to country -- she's no Guido, but she's pretty quick with a tire change!"[1]
In the film, Stacy is seen during the opening scene at the Motor Speedway of the South, changing Claude Scruggs' tires with the rest of her team.
