Tim Rimmer is a character in Cars. He is a cameraman working for the media and is one of the cars who doesn't like Chick Hicks due to wrecking The King and winning the Piston Cup unfairly.

But even Tim couldn't give Chick Hicks the gratification of getting his photo taken while he celebrated his "stolen" Piston Cup win."[1]
In the film, he is seen booing at Chick Hicks for ramming The King off the track at the end of the Los Angeles International Speedway race.
