Krate Rainson-Wash is a character in Cars 2[1] and its 2013 DisneyToon Studios spin-off Planes.
Cars 2[]
Krate works at Haneda Airport, transporting luggage carts around the airport to load on the planes. He appears when Grem and Acer drive out of the terminal while chasing Mater and Finn McMissile.
Planes[]
Krate can be seen in a Japanese restaurant. He is seen watching the Wings Around the Globe Rally on television.
Later, he appears in the crowd celebrating Dusty Crophopper's victory.

- He is named after Cars 2 story manager and Pixar employee Kate Ranson-Walsh.
