After the third crash in Porto Corsa, Alfredo is one of the ambulances who comes out. He is based on an Iveco truck ambulance.

He is one of the ambulances for the World Grand Prix, and rushes to any racers that are damaged or in any other type of trouble.

He is an Iveco that is painted white, with red stripes on his sides. He has the word "Ambulance" printed backwards in Italian ("Ambulanza") on the front of his hood, so that other cars can see it in their mirrors.
