A Cars and Star Wars crossover merchandise collection was announced at the Star Wars Celebration VI event by Disney at a press panel.[1] The collection released die-casts and pins of seven Cars characters reimagined as some of the main Star Wars characters at the Star Wars Weekends 2013.[2] They are available at the Walt Disney World and Disneyland resorts.

Star Wars Weekends 2014 Update[]
Many characters were added to the line-up at the Star Wars Weekends 2014.[3] The characters are:
- Ramone as Han Solo
- Red as Chewbacca
- Doc Hudson as Obi-Wan Kenobi
- Chick Hicks as Boba Fett
- Random Pitties as Jawas
In addition, two sets were added.
- Vader and Obi-Wan
- Two Jawas and C-3PO
Star Wars Celebration 2015 Update[]
More characters were released at the Star Wars Celebration 2015.[4]
- The King as Lando Calrissian
- Ramone as Han Solo in Carbonite
- Pitty as Bespin Guard
- Lightning McQueen as Jedi Luke Skywalker
- Pitties as Logray and Wicket
- Tractor as Royal Guard
- Sarge as Emperor Palpatine with Cone Droid
There is also a set of McQueen as Jedi Luke Skywalker with Guido as R2-D2 in the Death Star battle.
