Bruce Miller[1] is a Stock Piston Cup Racer. He races for the team "RPM" in Cars 3.

Bruce Miller competes in the 2016 season of the Piston Cup. During the season he placed 11th at the Grandol Oil Co. Raceway. In the midseason, with the rise of the widely popular high-tech Next-Gen series of race cars, that had better achievements on the tracks, Bruce Miller was forced to stop competing in the Piston Cup by RPM and was replaced with Barry DePedal.

- Racing number 64 was also used by: Barry DePedal, Winford Bradford Rutherford (named Riley in the videogame), Dusty Roadmeister and Zeb.
- Though he has grey eyes in Cars 3, his official artwork presents him with brown eyes.
- The Mattel's 2019 die-cast mainline mistakenly labeled Winford Bradford Rutherford, the RPM race car from Cars as Bruce Miller.
- He is an Axxelo Fission EA.
- Bruce is very kind, but he still takes his racing career seriously.
