WALL•E Soundtrack
From Pixar Wiki
WALL•E Soundtrack is the soundtrack from WALL•E, made by Walt Disney Records. The score was composed by Thomas Newman. Newman also co-wrote the song "Down to Earth" with Peter Gabriel, and incorporated melodies from the song into portions of the score (the tracks "EVE" and "Define Dancing" on the CD). Bill Bernstein wrote the lyrics for the commercial jingle "BNL".
The soundtrack includes two songs by Jerry Herman from the movie Hello, Dolly!, as well as Louis Armstrong's performance of "La Vie En Rose" by Louiguy and Edith Piaf with English lyrics by Mack David.
In keeping with the movie's environmental theme, the CD's outer package is made from 100% recycled material (35% post-consumer) and the booklet from 30% recycled material (30% post-consumer).
