Phil LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer. He was once a part of the improv comedy group The Groundlings, and later was one of the original cast members of the sketch comedy series MADtv. He is also known for his role as Marvin in Quentin Tarantino's acclaimed 1994 film Pulp Fiction.

He has had an extensive voice acting career, and his most notable roles in animation include John Stewart/Green Lantern in Justice League and its sequel series Justice League Unlimited, Hermes Conrad in Futurama, the title character in Samurai Jack, Virgil Hawkins/Static in Static Shock, and Wilt from Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends.

LaMarr made his first Pixar performance as the voices of Krushauer and He-lectrix in Incredibles 2.
