Hannah Phillips is the younger sister of Sid Phillips, who delights in mutilating her dolls. She finds Buzz Lightyear and borrows him for her tea party, as "Mrs. Nesbit." When Sid becomes frightened of toys due to Woody's plot to save Buzz, Hannah capitalizes on it by shoving Sally into his face and chasing him into his room, saying "What's wrong, Sid?! Don't you wanna play with Sally?!"
