Bile (addressed by Flint as "Mr. Bile," though his friends call him Phlegm) is a trainee scarer for Monsters Incorporated. Bile struggles with his test simulations, leaving a door open and utterly botching his attempt to frighten the mechanical child. He is a bit of a coward.
